The cover photo depicts exactly what makes this club so special and unique. This local Aktion Club recently met to pull together a blackboard project, which they sent to a special needs classroom in Ukraine once the project was completed.
And during this past Memorial Day holiday, the group brought flags and met at the Lady Lake Cemetery to honor our fallen veterans.
As an extension of Kiwanis International, Aktion is all about giving back to the community. Whether through food drives, cleaning up parks and cemeteries, or the many other activities they develop as part of their monthly plans, their members are proud and eager to serve.
Kevadvotech is always proud and pleased to share all the exciting things available to our special needs adults in The Villages area. This local Aktion Club has been thriving in the community for over 10 years now. We’ve written articles and published video podcasts following many of these heartwarming stories.
